step.1 switch off your phone 
step.2 press and hold your power button and volume down button
step.3 release the buttons once your phone is powered on
step.4 scroll using your volume up and down button until you see factory reset


step.5 press factory reset

Shouldn't you put in a warning, saying that all personal settings/apps will be lost & the user will have to start from scratch? Many users may NOT be aware of this!
